Yes, You Can Manifest Freedom From Anxiety + Panic Attacks

I struggled with daily panic attacks, health anxiety, agoraphobia, and OCD for almost 3 years. I tried various types of therapy and spiritual healing modalities. I had sessions with so many different counselors I've lost count. And I spent more money than I'd care to admit.

"Just breathe. Breathwork and grounding exercises will fix you."
"You have to think about positive things. After all, your thoughts create your reality."
"You have to do more yoga. That will calm you down."

Sure, in certain context, these things can help. But when you're struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, you're stuck in a loop.
The spiraling thoughts, tight chest, migraines, dizzy spells, numb hands - these are all ways that panic shows up uninvited. These sensations are too overwhelming to think through. I know it because I've lived it, daily, for years.

Anxiety begins in thoughts, but it gets firmly rooted in your nervous system. When it manifests as panic attacks, agoraphobia, health anxiety - this means you're too far gone to think your way out of it. Not too far gone to HEAL, just too far gone to use the methods of soothing and calming you used to.
Your subconscious is stuck in survival mode.
This is why healing must begin in the body. It goes deeper than your thoughts.
True healing begins when you bring your body, mind, and soul into harmony.
We are wired to heal. I know firsthand; I've healed my own panic attacks and chronic anxiety that was debilitating. I didn't do this by spiritually bypassing my reality, but my facing it. I learned the science of my body and the wisdom of my mind. Now I help others heal by doing the same.
